About the Author
Dr. Michael and Kathleen Yeager have served as pastors/apostles, missionaries, evangelist, broadcasters and authors for almost four decades. Up to this time they have authored eleven books. Their three son, daughter and daughter in law work with them in the ministry. Michael and Kathleen were married in 1978. Having help start over 27 churches. They flow in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, teaching the word of God, with wonderful signs following and confirming God's word. In 1983 they began Jesus is Lord Ministries international. The same year the Lord spoke to Dr. Yeager to go on TV. From then to now they have been actively involved in broadcast media for the propagation of the gospel. They have owned numerous radio stations through the years. They have broadcasted by satellite (with their own C band up-link system) TV stations, including low power TV stations. In the mid-90s as pastor Mike was contemplating purchasing a local TV station, the Lord spoke to his heart and said the future was the Internet. At that time Jesus is Lord Ministries made a sizable investment into the broadcasting of the gospel by the Internet. For a season they were the largest broadcaster in new technology that carried well-known ministers, live streaming & archiving of their programs. In the mid-70s the Lord had spoken to Dr. Mike, revealing to him that he would be a part of providing a platform by which ministers could speak to the nations. Our broadcast now reaches around the world by all the latest and modern technology.

A Good and Relevant Book

This book was perfect for me, as I am on a path of faith. I really thought faith comes but one or two ways, but this book opened up my understanding with relevant and biblical revelations that totally changed my perspective. Some I was already doing, many others I was challenged to pay more close attention to. All in all, this is a good book not just theoretically to inform, but while reading it one can feel an explosion of faith within.

Very good and inspiring book on how to build your faith backed by scriptures from the Word of God.
The books has some minor formatting errors, but the actual, true content is excellt.

There is also a series of sermons on youtube by Michael Yeager that covers the same subject. I highly recommend watching that too.

About the Author
Dr. Walter Nicholson is the Ward H. Patton Emeritus Professor of Economics at Amherst College and a visiting professor at Ave Maria University, Naples, Florida. Throughout his teaching career, Dr. Nicholson has sought to develop in students an appreciation for the value of economic models in the study of important social questions. He also has enjoyed showing students some of the stranger things that economists have sought to model. Dr. Nicholson received his Ph.D. in economics from MIT. Most of his research is in the area of labor economics, especially policy questions related to unemployment. He lives in Naples, Florida and Montague, Massachusetts, where he and his wife enjoy the frequent visits of their eight grandchildren. Dr. Christopher Snyder is the Joel Z. and Susan Hyatt Professor of Economics at Dartmouth College, where he pursues research and teaching interests in microeconomic theory, industrial organization, and law and economics. He is a research associate in the National Bureau of Economic Research, serves on the board of the Industrial Organization Society, and is an associate editor of the Review of Industrial Organization. Snyder received his Ph.D. from MIT. His recent research has appeared in leading economics journals, including the Review of Economics and Statistics and Quarterly Journal of Economics. He lives in Hanover, New Hampshire, with his wife, who also teaches economics at Dartmouth, and three daughters. Adapting the book for the Europe, Middle East & Africa market for the first time, Robert Stewart is a South African Economics and Econometrics lecturer, researcher and developer based in Johannesburg.

Stella Bruzzi is Professor of Film and Television Studies at the University of Warwick and

Fellow of the British Academy. Her publications include Undressing Cinema: Clothing

Daddy: Fatherhood and Masculinity in Post-war Hollywood (2005) and Men’s Cinema:

Masculinity and Mise-en-scene in Hollywood (2013). She is currently writing Approximation:

Research Fellowship due to be published by Routledge in 2015.

Pamela Church Gibson is Reader in Cultural and Historical Studies at the London College

of Fashion, University of the Arts London. She is Principal Editor of the journal Film,

Fashion and Consumption and has published widely on film, fashion and gender. Her

publications include The Oxford Guide to Film Studies (1998), More Dirty Looks: Gender,

This new work is the first systematic documentation of the human consequences of the Viet-Nam War. Based on American, Vietnamese, and international records, as well as a wealth of personal experience and eyewitness accounts, it examines the scope of the tragedy, what was done to cope with it, and what lessons can be drawn from the experience.

Wiesner argues that the tragedy of the war itself was appreciably worsened by forced relocations and that this suffering could not have been relieved, because the amount of land on which the largely rural evacuees could be safely resettled was repeatedly diminished by Communist incursions and the demands of combat. Meanwhile, American bombing of the North, much less destructive to civilians than fighting and bombing in the South, was used by the totalitarian regime to instill hatred against the United States and its South Vietnamese ally. When in 1975 the North Vietnamese overran the entire South, masses of Vietnamese, for the first time in their history, fled from their country.

Timely contribution.

The Vietnam War instigated by Ho Chi Minh caused 12 million people to be forcibly relocated: one out of two South Vietnamese had been a refugee at some point in their lives.
Anti-communist ideology was the cause of the 1954-55 exodus during which one million left North Vietnam for the South. From 1966-72, artillery, bombing, communist repression forced peasants to leave their villages to migrate to cities. The atrocities of the Viet Cong during and after the 1968 Tet attack caused people "to vote with their feet": they ran away as soon as they heard communists were coming. This was also the cause of the 1975 diaspora during which two million people escaped Vietnam on rickety boats. At least 500,000 others drowned or died from other causes at sea.

The author who is to be congratulated for his in-depth analysis of this important problem.

You will be utterly transformed as you go from chapter to chapter. Everybody’s America reassesses Pynchon’s literary career in order to explain the central role played by the racialization of American culture in the postmodernist deconstruction of subjectivity and literary authority and in the crisis in white liberal culture. It charts the evolution of both these cultural transformations from Pynchon’s early short stories, composed in the late 1950s, through Gravity’s Rainbow, published in 1973. This book demonstrates that Pynchon deploys techniques associated with the decentering of the linguistic sign and the fragmentation of narrative in order to work through the anxieties of white male subjects in their encounter with racial otherness. It also charts Pynchon’s attention to non-white and non-Euro-American voices and cultural forms, which imply an awareness of and interest in processes of transculturation occurring both within U.S. borders and between the U.S. and the Third World. In these ways, his novels attempt to acknowledge the implicit racism in many elements of white American culture and to grapple with the psychological and sociopolitical effects of that racism on both white and black Americans. The argument of Everybody’s America, however, also considers the limits of Pynchon’s implicit commitment to hybridity as a social ideal, identifying attitudes expressed in his work that suggest a residual attraction to the mainstream liberalism of the fifties and early sixties. Pynchon’s fiction dramatizes the conflict between the discourses and values of such liberalism and those of an emergent multiculturalist ethos that names and valorizes social difference and hybridity. In identifying the competition between residual liberalism and an emergent multiculturalism, Everybody’s America makes its contribution to the broader understanding of postmodern culture.
